1. Why should I buy from Bmore Dogs?

2. Can I cancel my order?

We allow our customers to cancel their orders within 24 hours of making an order. If you cancel the order after that, we can only make partial refunds, as we would have started the shipping process already. Please read our policies thoroughly for further information.

3. How soon will I get my order?

The time of delivery depends on where you live. But, generally, it takes us 2-4 weeks to ship products in the US, UK, Australia, and Canada. In other countries, it can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks, depending on the clearance and shipping process. Once the order has been shipped, we send a confirmation email. In case of any unexpected delay, we will inform our customers about it. Tracking is available on all products shipped.

4. How can I keep track of my order?

The status of your order can be checked at a link you will receive, ‘Order Status.’ You can also reach out to our customer service staff for any questions.

5. I live outside the US. Can I still order products from your store?

Of course! We ship our products all around the world.

6. I haven’t received my order yet. What can I do?

In case your order hasn’t arrived at the specified time, you should reach out to our customer service staff as soon as possible and we will look into the matter.
